SIPS Consultants-Practice Area Leaders:
Sterile Processing-Our leader has over 23+ years of experience in health care with an emphasis in Central Sterile Processing her with hands-on knowledge and education in hospital management has provided her with expertise. Additionally she is a certified instructor through IAHCSMM and has done numerous speaking engagement. Some of her most well known published articles are: "Would you have Surgery in the Organization Where Your Work", "Fallen Star/ Rising Star", and "Fix the Problem".
Lean- Our area leader is a former Toyota Executive and with 20 years of experience in Toyota where he started training and developing managers in lean concepts. Having trained in over 17 countries and leading numerous lean focused initiatives we have seen companies rise to the top with the implementation of these concepts. Our mission is to share what we have learned to make you more competitive.
Behavioral & Organizational Management-Our area leader has numerous years of experience leading therapy sessions with all age groups. A focus on team building, conflict resolution, and communication in the workplace environment are a few areas of expertise. She holds a masters degree in management and has managed non-profit, for profit, small and large corporations. Her speaking engagements bring an immense amount of energy and insights to the learning experience.
Materials Management- Our area leader has a proven record in Materials Management and has improved inventory processes, decreased variances, provided significant cost saving initiatives, increased customer satisfaction and placed inventory controls which ultimately resulted in a positive impact to the bottom line. Her experience and knowledge in this field and integration is well known.
